His Excellency Grand General Ethan, OE OIH (born 2007) is the King of Trium Urbium. He founded the Kingdom of Trium Urbium on March 23, 2021 because he wanted to be like Kevin Baugh. He would later become the King of Winchester Hills which he founded on 16 March 2022, revoking his claim to the throne of Trium Urbium.
