Joshua Wilcox
Brevet Major General Joshua Wilcox (August 19, 1762 – March 21, 1838) was an American military officer who is most notable for his campaigns in Canada and the Newfoundland Campaign.

He would also later be known for being the first Commandant of the Newfoundland Military Institute, the premier officer training college in Newfoundland.
