Utah Territorial Army Disbandment Act of 1865
The Utah Territorial Army Act of 1865, officially the Territorial Army Act (Disestablishment), 1865, disestablished the three year-old Utah Territorial Army, which employed full-time soldiers throughout the Civil War.
