The Torkwar, officially the Grand Duchy of The Torkwar (Latin: Magni Ducatus Torkwar) was a major protectorate of the Norden Empire from 1811 until 1867 with the The Torkwar Government Act of 1866 integrating The Torkwar into three provinces, Ber Province, Marland Province, and Pickingmia Province.
The Torkwar was formed from the Protectorate of Ber, Duchy of Marland, and the Grand Duchy of Pickingmia. The last state was the seat of the government because they were the first to ratify the Torkwar Confederation Treaty of 1809, and Ber and Marland would be the second and last to ratify the Act.
