The Emperor of all China (Chinese: 全中国的皇帝; Japanese: 全中国の皇帝) was the imperial head of state of the Great Empire of China from the Imperial Japanese House. It reigned from the creation of the Beiyang Planetary Autonomous Government to Japan's defeat in the Twenty Years' War of Resistance.

At the title's inception on 21 June 4598 and until the formation of the Beiyang United Autonomous Government, the monarch's full title and styles were: By the Grace and the Support of the Chinese People, Emperor of Beiyang.
From 4600 until 4618, the full title was: By the Grace and the Support of the Chinese People, Emperor of all China, Beiyang, and the Mongols, Conqueror of Shanxi.
